Kullanım Koşulları (Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi)
1. Kabul. OOTD'ye hesapla giriş yaparak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Bu Koşullar, Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (Standard EULA) ile birlikte geçerlidir. Kabul etmiyorsan hesap oluşturma; uygulamayı hesapsız, sadece kendi dolabın için kullanmaya devam edebilirsin.
2. Uygunsuz içeriğe ve taciz eden kullanıcılara sıfır tolerans. Keşfet'te paylaştığın parçalar, kombinler, kullanıcı adın, yorumların ve puanların başkalarına görünür. Şunları paylaşmak kesinlikle yasaktır: çıplaklık ve cinsel içerik; nefret söylemi ve ayrımcılık; taciz, zorbalık, tehdit ve şiddet; kişisel bilgileri izinsiz paylaşma; yasa dışı içerik; spam, reklam ve dolandırıcılık; başkasını taklit etme; başkasına ait fotoğraf ya da telif hakkıyla korunan içerik.
3. Moderasyon. Her paylaşımda, yorumda ve profilde "Bildir" ve "Kullanıcıyı engelle" vardır. Bildirdiğin içerik senin için hemen gizlenir. Bildirimler 24 saat içinde incelenir; kurallara aykırı içerik kaldırılır ve kuralı çiğneyen kullanıcının hesabı kapatılır. Birden çok kişinin bildirdiği içerik, inceleme bitene kadar otomatik olarak gizlenir. Yorumlar ve paylaşım adları otomatik bir uygunsuz kelime filtresinden geçer.
4. Senin içeriğin. Paylaştığın içeriğin sahibi sensin. Paylaşarak, içeriğin uygulamada başkalarına gösterilmesi için gereken izni vermiş olursun. Paylaşımı istediğin an durdurabilirsin; durdurunca paylaşım, beğenileri, yorumları ve puanları silinir.
5. Hesabın. Hesabını Ayarlar > Hesap'tan istediğin an silebilirsin; paylaşımların, yorumların, takiplerin ve yedeğin silinir. Hesabını başkasıyla paylaşma.
6. Yapay zeka. Yapay zeka özellikleri (tarz analizi, kombin puanlama, fotoğraftan parça bulma), sen izin verirsen fotoğraflarını ve etiketlerini Google Gemini'ye gönderir. Yapay zeka önerileri yardımcı görüşlerdir, kesin hüküm değildir.
7. Sorumluluk. Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Başka kullanıcıların içeriğinden onlar sorumludur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)
1. Acceptance. By signing in to OOTD with an account you accept these Terms. These Terms apply together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If you do not accept them, do not create an account; you can keep using the app without an account for your own closet.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Items, outfits, your username, comments and scores you share in Discover are visible to others. The following are strictly prohibited: nudity and sexual content; hate speech and discrimination; harassment, bullying, threats and violence; sharing personal information without consent; illegal content; spam, advertising and scams; impersonation; photos that belong to someone else or copyrighted content.
3. Moderation. Every post, comment and profile has "Report" and "Block user". Content you report is hidden for you right away. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks these rules is removed and the user who posted it is banned. Content reported by several people is hidden automatically until it is reviewed. Comments and post titles pass through an automatic filter for objectionable words.
4. Your content. You own what you share. By sharing it, you give us the permission needed to show it to other users in the app. You can stop sharing at any time; its likes, comments and scores are then deleted.
5. Your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account; your posts, comments, follows and backup are deleted. Do not share your account.
6. AI. With your permission, AI features (style analysis, outfit scoring, finding items in a photo) send your photos and labels to Google Gemini. AI suggestions are helpful opinions, not verdicts.
7. Liability. The app is provided "as is". Other users are responsible for their own content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
