2. Cihazında saklananlar
Eklediğin kıyafet, ayakkabı, çanta ve makyaj fotoğrafları; tür, renk, dolaptaki yer, marka, mağaza ve notlar; giyme geçmişin; kombinlerin ve kendi kombin puanların; dolap odası düzenin; seyahat listelerin; istek listen; makyaj ürünlerinin ton, açılış ve son kullanma bilgileri; tarz analizin ve ayarların. Fotoğraflardaki arka plan kaldırma işlemi tamamen cihazında yapılır.
3. Hesap (isteğe bağlı)
Giriş yapmadan uygulamanın kendi dolabınla ilgili bütün özelliklerini kullanabilirsin. Apple ya da Google ile giriş yaparsan adın, e-posta adresin ve hesabına ait sabit bir kimlik numarası alınır; şifreni görmeyiz. Girişten önce Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmen istenir ve kabul ettiğin sürüm hesabınla birlikte kaydedilir. Ayarlar > Hesap > "Hesabımı sil" ile hesabını ve aşağıdaki bütün sunucu verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.
4. Hesaba otomatik yedek
Giriş yaptığında dolabın (fotoğraflar küçültülmüş olarak, yerler, kombinler, dolap odası ve seyahatler) Cloudflare altyapısındaki sunucumuza yedeklenir; böylece uygulamayı silip kursan ya da telefon değiştirsen aynı hesapla girince dolabın geri gelir. Veriler cihazından çıkmadan önce şifrelenir (AES-256-GCM) ve sunucuda şifreli olarak tutulur. Yeni telefonda geri yükleyebilmen için şifreleme anahtarı hesabına bağlı olarak ayrı bir veritabanında saklanır; bu verilere yalnızca yedeği geri yüklemek için erişilir. Yedeği Ayarlar'dan kapatabilir ya da silebilirsin; hesabını silince yedek de silinir.
5. Yapay zeka (Google Gemini)
Yapay zeka özellikleri (tarz analizi, soru sorma, kombin puanlama, "Bugün ne giydim" fotoğrafındaki parçaları bulma, toplu eklemede tür ve renk seçme) ilk kullanımda senden açık izin ister. İzin verirsen ve bir özelliği kullandığında, o özellik için gereken fotoğraflar (kıyafet ve kombin fotoğrafları, "Bugün ne giydim" için üzerinde kombin olan fotoğrafın dahil), parça etiketleri, giyme geçmişi ve sorun sunucumuz üzerinden Google'ın Gemini API hizmetine iletilir. Adın, e-postan ve konumun gönderilmez. Sunucumuz bu içerikleri saklamaz; yalnızca günlük kullanım sayısını tutar. Google bu verileri kendi koşullarına göre işler; ücretsiz kullanımda Google, içerikleri ürünlerini geliştirmek için kullanabilir ve içerikler insan incelemecileri tarafından görülebilir (Gemini API Koşulları). İznini Ayarlar > Yapay zeka bölümünden geri alabilirsin. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, İsviçre ve Birleşik Krallık'ta yapay zeka kapalıdır.
6. Keşfet: paylaşım, yorum, beğeni, puan ve takip (isteğe bağlı)
Giriş yapıp bir kullanıcı adı seçtiysen, istediğin parçayı ya da kombini tek tek herkese açık paylaşabilirsin. Paylaşınca adı, türü, rengi, markası, mağazası, varsa ürün linki, fotoğrafı ve kullanıcı adın diğer kullanıcılara görünür; dolaptaki yeri, notların ve fiyat paylaşılmaz. Yorumların, beğenilerin, favorilerin ve takip ettiğin kişiler sunucumuzda saklanır. Kombinlere verilen 1-10 puanlar: ortalama ve kişi sayısı kombin sahibine ve karşılıklı takipleştiği kişilere görünür; kimin kaç puan verdiğini yalnızca kombin sahibi görür. Paylaşımı istediğin an durdurabilirsin; durdurunca beğenileri, yorumları ve puanları silinir.
Yakın arkadaşlar ve dolap gezme (isteğe bağlı). Ayarlar > Topluluk'tan "Yakın arkadaşlarım dolabımı gezebilsin" seçeneğini açarsan, dolabındaki parçaların küçültülmüş fotoğrafları ile türü, alt türü, rengi, markası, mağazası, ürün adı, makyaj tonu ve dolaptaki yeri sunucumuza yüklenir ve yalnızca senin seçtiğin yakın arkadaşların görebilir. Notların, giyme geçmişin ve fiyatlar yüklenmez. Yakın arkadaş listeni başka kimse görmez. Seçeneği kapattığında sunucudaki bu kopya hemen silinir.
Linkten ekleme. Bir ürün linki yapıştırdığında sunucumuz o sayfayı senin yerine açar, yalnızca ürün adını, fotoğrafını, fiyatını, markasını ve mağaza adını okuyup sana gönderir. Link ve sayfa içeriği saklanmaz; kötüye kullanımı önlemek için yalnızca günlük kullanım sayısı tutulur. İstek listen telefonunda (ve açıksa şifreli hesap yedeğinde) durur. Linkten eklerken uygulama ürün sayfasını önce doğrudan telefonundan açmayı dener; bu durumda istek mağazaya senin telefonundan gider.
İstek listesini paylaşma (isteğe bağlı). İstek listende "Kimler görsün" seçeneğini "Yakın arkadaşlar" ya da "Herkes" yaparsan, listedeki ürünlerin adı, fiyatı, mağazası, markası, notun, ürün linki ve küçük fotoğrafı sunucumuza yüklenir ve seçtiğin kişiler profilinde görebilir. "Sadece ben"e döndüğünde sunucudaki kopya hemen silinir.
Kendini giydir. Bu özellik için eklediğin boy fotoğrafı yalnızca telefonunda saklanır ve işlenir (arka plan silme dahil); hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Makyaj ve cilt bakımı. Bir ürünün ön ya da arka etiketini taramak istediğinde o fotoğraf, yapay zeka iznin varsa diğer yapay zeka özellikleri gibi Google Gemini'ye iletilir; marka, ton, içerik listesi, barkod ve son kullanma bilgisi okunur. Etikette barkod bulunursa ve ürün bilgisi eksikse, uygulama yalnızca barkod numarasıyla ücretsiz ve açık Open Beauty Facts veritabanına (openbeautyfacts.org) telefonundan sorgu gönderir. Cilt günlüğün (cilt tipin, günlük durumun, notların ve cilt fotoğrafların) yalnızca telefonunda saklanır; sunucumuza ya da hesap yedeğine yüklenmez. "Yapay zekayla yorumla" düğmesine bastığında yalnızca cilt bakım ürünlerinin adları, içerik listeleri, verdiğin tepkiler ve günlük puanların (fotoğraflar hariç) Google Gemini'ye iletilir. Bu yorum tıbbi tavsiye değildir.
7. Moderasyon ve güvenlik
Her paylaşımda, yorumda ve profilde "Bildir" ve "Kullanıcıyı engelle" vardır. Bir bildirimde bildiren kişi, bildirilen içerik ve sebep sunucumuzda saklanır; bildirilen içerik bildiren kişiye artık gösterilmez, birden çok kişinin bildirdiği içerik inceleme bitene kadar gizlenir. Bildirimler 24 saat içinde incelenir; kurallara aykırı içerik kaldırılır, kuralı çiğneyen kullanıcının hesabı kapatılır ve bu kayıt saklanır. Yorumlar ve paylaşım adları otomatik bir uygunsuz kelime filtresinden geçer.
8. Bildirimler
Uygulama, telefonunda yerel hatırlatmalar planlar (sunucuya bir şey gönderilmez). Giriş yaptıysan ve bildirimlere izin verdiysen, takip, beğeni, favori, yorum ve puan bildirimleri için cihazının bildirim kimliği (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging belirteci) ve dil tercihin hesabınla birlikte sunucumuzda saklanır; bildirimler Firebase ve Apple Push Notification service üzerinden iletilir. Bildirimleri Ayarlar'dan ya da telefon ayarlarından kapatabilirsin; çıkış yapınca ya da hesabını silince bildirim kimliğin silinir.
9. Araştırma için veri paylaşımı (isteğe bağlı, açık onayla)
Ayarlar'da, eklediklerini uygulamayı geliştirmek amacıyla uygulama sahibiyle paylaşmak için ayrı bir onay seçeneği vardır. Onay verirsen fotoğrafların, parça bilgilerin, giyme geçmişin ve kombinlerin yalnızca uygulama sahibinin erişebildiği gizli bir depoya kopyalanır. Onayını istediğin zaman geri alabilirsin; geri aldığında gönderilen veriler silinir. Onay vermezsen hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
10. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
- Apple (App Store, TestFlight, Apple ile giriş, Apple Push Notification service)
- Google (Google ile giriş, Gemini API, Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Cloudflare (sunucu, veritabanı ve yedek)
Bu hizmetler, çalışabilmek için IP adresin gibi teknik bağlantı bilgilerini kendi politikalarına göre işleyebilir. Sunucular Türkiye dışında (ör. ABD, AB) bulunabilir; isteğe bağlı özellikleri kullanarak bu aktarıma onay vermiş olursun.
11. Reklam ve izleme
Uygulamada reklam, reklam takibi ya da analiz/izleme aracı yoktur. Verilerin satılmaz ve başka uygulamalarla izleme amacıyla birleştirilmez.
12. Saklama süresi
- Cihazındaki veriler: uygulamayı ya da verileri silene kadar.
- Hesap, yedek, paylaşımlar, yorumlar, puanlar, takipler ve bildirim kimliği: hesabını silene kadar (paylaşımı durdurursan o paylaşımın verileri hemen silinir).
- Bildirim ve yasaklama kayıtları: hesap silinene kadar; kural ihlali nedeniyle kapatılan hesapların kaydı tekrar kayıt olmayı önlemek için saklanabilir.
13. Hakların
KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun, madde 11) ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde GDPR kapsamında; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve onayını geri alma haklarına sahipsin. Bunların çoğunu uygulama içinden kendin yapabilirsin; diğer talepler için ootdthesocialwardrobe@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin.
14. Yaş sınırı
Uygulama 18 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır.
15. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada yayımlanır ve üstteki tarih güncellenir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır.
Privacy Policy
1. Data controller

2. Stored on your device
Photos of your clothes, shoes, bags and makeup; type, colour, storage location, brand, store and notes; wear history; outfits and your own outfit scores; your closet room layout; trip lists; your wishlist; shade, opening and expiry details of your makeup; style analysis and settings. Background removal runs entirely on your device.
3. Account (optional)
You can use every closet feature without signing in. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address and a fixed account identifier; we never see your password. Before signing in you are asked to accept the Terms of Use, and the version you accepted is stored with your account. In Settings > Account > "Delete my account" you can permanently delete your account and all server data described below.
4. Automatic account backup
When you are signed in, your closet (photos in reduced size, places, outfits, closet room and trips) is backed up to our server on Cloudflare, so it comes back if you reinstall the app or change phones and sign in with the same account. Data is encrypted before it leaves your device (AES-256-GCM) and stored encrypted on the server. So that you can restore it on a new phone, the encryption key is stored with your account in a separate database; it is only used to restore your backup. You can turn the backup off or delete it in Settings; deleting your account deletes the backup too.
5. AI (Google Gemini)
AI features (style analysis, asking questions, outfit scoring, finding items in a "What I wore today" photo, choosing type and colour when adding in bulk) ask for your explicit permission the first time. If you allow it and use a feature, the photos it needs (item and outfit photos, including a photo of you wearing the outfit for "What I wore today"), item labels, wear history and your question are relayed through our server to Google's Gemini API. Your name, email and location are not sent. Our server does not store this content; it only keeps a daily usage count. Google processes the data under its own terms; on the free tier Google may use the content to improve its products and it may be seen by human reviewers (Gemini API Terms). You can revoke your permission in Settings > AI. AI is not available in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK.
6. Discover: posts, comments, likes, scores and follows (optional)
If you sign in and choose a username, you can make individual items or outfits public. Their name, type, colour, brand, store, product link (if any), photo and your username become visible to other users; storage location, notes and price are never shared. Your comments, likes, favourites and the people you follow are stored on our server. Outfit scores (1-10): the average and number of scores are visible to the outfit's owner and to people who follow each other with the owner; only the owner sees who gave which score. You can stop sharing at any time; the post's likes, comments and scores are then deleted.
Close friends and closet browsing (optional). If you turn on "Let close friends browse my closet" in Settings > Community, small thumbnails of your items together with their type, subtype, colour, brand, store, product name, makeup shade and storage place are uploaded to our server and can be seen only by the close friends you choose. Notes, wear history and prices are not uploaded. Nobody else sees your close friends list. Turning the option off deletes this copy from the server immediately.
Adding from a link. When you paste a product link, our server opens that page on your behalf and reads only the product name, photo, price, brand and store name to send back to you. The link and the page are not stored; only a daily usage count is kept to prevent abuse. Your wishlist stays on your phone (and in your encrypted account backup if it is on). When adding from a link, the app first tries to open the product page directly from your phone, in which case the request goes from your phone to the store.
Sharing your wishlist (optional). If you set "Who can see it" on your wishlist to "Close friends" or "Everyone", the name, price, store, brand, your note, product link and a small photo of each item are uploaded to our server and the people you chose can see them on your profile. Switching back to "Only me" deletes this copy from the server immediately.
Dress yourself. The full-body photo you add for this feature is stored and processed only on your phone (including background removal) and is never sent anywhere.
Makeup and skincare. When you scan the front or back label of a product, that photo is relayed to Google Gemini like the other AI features (if you gave AI permission) to read brand, shade, ingredient list, barcode and expiry. If a barcode is found and product details are missing, the app sends only the barcode number from your phone to the free, open Open Beauty Facts database (openbeautyfacts.org). Your skin journal (skin type, daily condition, notes and skin photos) is stored only on your phone; it is not uploaded to our server or your account backup. When you tap "Interpret with AI", only the names and ingredient lists of your skincare products, your reactions and your daily scores (no photos) are sent to Google Gemini. This interpretation is not medical advice.
7. Moderation and safety
Every post, comment and profile has "Report" and "Block user". For a report we store who reported, what was reported and the reason; reported content is no longer shown to the reporter, and content reported by several people is hidden until reviewed. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed, the user who posted it is banned and this record is kept. Comments and post titles pass through an automatic filter for objectionable words.
8. Notifications
The app schedules local reminders on your phone (nothing is sent to a server). If you are signed in and allow notifications, your device's push token (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging token) and language are stored with your account so you can receive follow, like, favourite, comment and score notifications, delivered via Firebase and the Apple Push Notification service. You can turn notifications off in Settings or in your phone's settings; your push token is deleted when you sign out or delete your account.
9. Data sharing for research (optional, with explicit consent)
Settings has a separate option to share what you add with the app owner to improve the app. If you consent, your photos, item details, wear history and outfits are copied to a private store only the app owner can access. You can withdraw consent at any time, and the shared data is then deleted. If you do not consent, nothing is sent.
10. Third-party services
- Apple (App Store, TestFlight, Sign in with Apple, Apple Push Notification service)
- Google (Sign in with Google, Gemini API, Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Cloudflare (server, database and backup)
These services may process technical connection data such as your IP address under their own policies. Servers may be located outside Türkiye (e.g. US, EU); by using optional features you consent to this transfer.
11. Ads and tracking
There are no ads, ad tracking or analytics/tracking tools in the app. Your data is not sold and is not combined with other apps' data for tracking.
12. Retention
- Data on your device: until you delete the app or the data.
- Account, backup, posts, comments, scores, follows and push token: until you delete your account (stopping a post deletes that post's data immediately).
- Report and ban records: until the account is deleted; records of accounts closed for rule violations may be kept to prevent re-registration.
13. Your rights
Under KVKK (Law No. 6698, Article 11) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, rectification and erasure, object to processing and withdraw consent. You can do most of this in the app; for anything else write to ootdthesocialwardrobe@gmail.com.
14. Age
The app is not designed for people under 18.
15. Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page and the date above is updated. You will be informed in the app about significant changes.
